Shekinah New Beginning Ministries is a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled Christian ministry committed to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, making disciples, equipping believers and advancing the Kingdom of God through the Word of God, prayer, faith, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

We believe that through Jesus Christ, lives can be transformed, the broken-hearted can be healed, hope can be restored, those experiencing spiritual bondage can find freedom, families can be strengthened, and believers can be equipped to fulfill their God-given purpose.

Our desire is to create an environment where people can encounter the presence of God, grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, discover their identity in Him, and become mature disciples who carry the Gospel and the transforming power of God's Kingdom into their families, communities, workplaces, and nations.

Our History

Shekinah New Beginning Ministries is a Christian ministry led by Pastor Thomas and Prophetess Sherly, who are committed to helping people know Jesus Christ, experience the transforming power of the Holy Spirit, and become established in the truth of God's Word.

Together, Pastor Thomas and Prophetess Sherly are dedicated to building a biblical, prayer-centered, and Spirit-led ministry where people from different backgrounds can encounter the presence of God, receive prayer, grow through discipleship, and become equipped to serve others and fulfill their God-given purpose.

Their ministry places a strong emphasis on salvation, discipleship, prayer, healing, restoration, deliverance, identity in Christ, prophetic ministry, spiritual growth, leadership development and equipping believers for the work of ministry.

Pastor Thomas and Prophetess Sherly believe that the Church is not called simply to gather people, but to make disciples, equip the saints and release Spirit-filled believers to fulfill their God-given assignments within the Church, the marketplace, communities, and the nations.

In accordance with Ephesians 4:11–13, they believe that Christ gave ministry gifts to the Church for the equipping of the saints, the work of ministry, and the building up of the Body of Christ towards spiritual maturity.

Their desire is to see people move from encountering Jesus Christ to becoming mature disciples; from receiving ministry to walking in healing, restoration, freedom, and spiritual maturity; and from being equipped to becoming effective servants, disciple-makers, and Kingdom leaders who raise others and advance the Kingdom of God.

Our History

Our Journey of Faith

Shekinah New Beginning Ministries was established through prayer, obedience, and a desire to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. What began as a burden placed upon the hearts of God's servants has grown into a ministry dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel, equipping believers, and helping people encounter the presence of God.

Our foundation is built upon the truth of God's Word, the leading of the Holy Spirit, and a commitment to serving people with compassion, integrity, and biblical wisdom. Every step of the journey has been guided by God's faithfulness and His desire to bring healing, restoration, and hope to those who seek Him.

Answering God's Call

Every vision from God begins with a call to obedience. Before ministry could flourish, there first had to be complete surrender to the will of God. Through seasons of prayer, preparation, and spiritual growth, God continued to reveal His purpose and direction.

The journey has required faith, perseverance, humility, and dependence upon the Holy Spirit. Rather than relying on human strength, we have learned that lasting ministry is built upon prayer, biblical truth, and complete trust in Jesus Christ.

Growing Through Prayer and the Word

Prayer remains at the heart of everything we do. We believe that God's presence changes lives and that His Word provides wisdom, direction, healing, and spiritual freedom. Through daily prayer, careful study of Scripture, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we continue to grow in our understanding of God's purposes.

Our ministry encourages every believer to develop a deeper relationship with God through regular prayer, worship, discipleship, and obedience to His Word. Spiritual maturity comes as we continually walk with Christ and allow Him to transform our lives.
